Back by popular demand, Beth MacIntosh of SquirrelDuck (https://squirrelduck.com/about-contact/ ), returns to the Cottage to teach us all how to read tea leaves in the Scottish tradition! Beth presents an interactive tea leaf reading talk and demonstration of the long-practiced, Scottish tradition of tea leaf reading, or "tasseomancy". You, too, can learn to read your own tea leaves, or read them for friends and family. Join us this evening to find out how to get started. We’ll start with a discussion of the history and traditions, and then together we'll sip some delicious tea and do a communal reading of the leaves.

Ten per cent member discount. Advance registration required.
