Join Chris Dalton, avocational archaeologist and president of the Grand River Chapter of the Ontario Archaeology Society, as he gives a talk on and demonstrates flint knapping. Flint knapping is an ancient technique used to make stone tools or weapons, such as knives, spear points, arrowheads, scrapers and other flaked stone tools.
